I am done shopping. What now?
Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to purchase when you are happy.
When will my items arrive?
Delivery times are between 7 to 10 business days depending on your address.
Can I track my shipment?
When we finalise and ship your order we will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log-on to the courier’s website to get an estimate date of delivery.
Can I have my wine delivered to a PO Box?
Yes, Ashton Hills can deliver your wine to a PO Box.
Can the courier leave my wine if I’m not there to sign for it?
Yes, you can opt to have your wine left without a delivery signature however, Ashton Hills doesn’t accept any responsibility for wines once they’ve been delivered by the courier company.
If you aren’t home at the time of delivery, and you haven’t opted for your wine to be left unattended then it will be redirected to your local post office and a delivery notification will be left in your letterbox.
Which delivery company do you use?

Is my Purchase insured?
Goods are insured within freight charges against physical damage or loss to a maximum of $300 per carton. If you require additional insurance please contact Cellar Door on 08 8329 4714 for rates.
Problem with your delivered products?
If your order is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered we will make every effort to rectify any issues upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of the return. Please contact Cellar Door on 08 8329 4714.
