Join Ashton Hills Winemaker Liam Van Pelt and Sydney Ambassador Sabino Matera for an intimate evening of fine food and wine at Le Foote, in the heart of Sydney’s historic Rocks district.
Le Foote isn’t just a French bistro – it’s the kind of place that understands its role in the grand, timeworn ritual of eating well. Set among cobblestone streets and salt air from the nearby harbour, this bistro and wine bar is an ode to long lunches and late dinners, where conversation flows and every glass tells a story.
Over the course of the evening, Liam and Sabino will guide you through a curated selection of Ashton Hills wines, each paired with a thoughtful menu by the team at Le Foote. From the freshness of our 2025 Estate Riesling to the complexity of the 2024 Estate Pinot Noir, this will be a night that celebrates the craft, character and cool-climate beauty of the Piccadilly Valley.
